Program
What is AI? A Dive into the Technology.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is everywhere, and chatbots built on large language models have made powerful tools available to everyone.
However, much of the current use reflects a limited understanding of what AI actually is, what it can be used for, and how it works. In this talk, Jan Kudlicka will provide a short introduction to the technology, highlighting both its possibilities and its limitations.
Creativity and Culture - Innovation in the Age of AI.
A Social Process, Not a Solo Act In today's organizations, generating answers is no longer the bottleneck. The real challenge is deciding which questions matter, and which ideas are worth pursuing. This talk reframes innovation as a human capability rather than a technological one.
Drawing on research and business practice, it shows why curiosity, judgment, and organizational culture remain the critical drivers of competitive advantage. For leaders and consultants, the implication is clear: technology can accelerate execution, but it cannot replace the human capacity to define problems, interpret meaning, and make strategic choices.
Is AI Used as a Tool to Support Individuals, Processes, or the Business Model?
Some organizations have already embraced AI internally, while others remain more cautious.
To create real business value, it is important to take a holistic view and understand how AI tools become part of the interaction between people, processes, and technology.
Practical Applications of AI in Projects - From Strategy to Implementation.
Eidra will conclude the evening with a presentation featuring practical examples, experiences, and reflections on how AI can be applied in real projects - from strategic considerations to concrete implementation.
